• The PCE Snapshot Value is limited by the accuracy of information entered in by the user of the Tool as the corresponding value range is dependent on the information entered by the user.
• The PCE Snapshot Value is limited by breadth underlying data which is utilized in the calculation of value ranges.
• The PCE Snap Value shot is limited by the accuracy of industry representation of user of the Tool and of the industry classifications of the PCE Index constituents.
• The PCE Snapshot Value is limited by estimation of value ranges utilizing data points from companies that have not been determined to be comparable to the user's company.
• The PCE Snapshot Value is limited in its capacity to provide future valuation ranges based on the lack of available future earnings multiples and the potential for errors in forecasts provided by the user.
• The PCE Snapshot Value is limited any potential differences in accounting policies among the PCE Index constituents and the subject user's company.
